Should Be Safe: It should be safe to wear contact lenses in a sauna. This is a temporary and usually humid environment, so it would be compatible with the ocular and contact lens surface. Swimming in pools and using hot tubs are riskier because of the chemicals, contaminants, and possible bacteria involved.

YES: But I always suggest lubricating lenses beforehand and limiting the time you spend in the sauna: hydrate.

Can be.: Sauna helps you sweat which is one of the ways your body gets rid of toxins.  Sweating is an important part of being healthy and sauna can help with that.  Sauna is not appropriate for everyone however and you should discuss it with your physician.  Take care!

Ok: It's okay as long as you go just for a short period of ime 10-15 minutes at the most, and you get out of it if you start having any physical symptoms like dizziness, fatigue etc. You should also drink enough water, to avoid dehydration.

Yes: You should be able to still use the sauna.  However, you would want to not use the sauna if you are pregnant.  Happy sweating!

Slim sauna belt: Not sure what you mean by a slim sauna belt. If you mean one that goes around your hips and shakes you to get rid of fat the problem is it does not work.

Sauna: Regular use of the sauna has many beneficial effects however it does not help directly in long term weight reduction without specific diets and exercise.

Detoxification.: Only if part of a more intensive detoxification program.  By the way, a number of providers on this site, have answered similar questions by stating it doesn't help. So expected varied responses.
