Is it safe to wear contacts in a dry sauna?

YES: But I always suggest lubricating lenses beforehand and limiting the time you spend in the sauna: hydrate.

Yes: As long as you are feeling comfortable in your contact lenses, then a dry heat sauna should not be a Problem. It's much like wearing contacts outside in dry desert heat. You are more susceptible to dry eyes though so a contact friendly lubricant like Refreshâ„¢ will be useful. Be contact lens smart!
