Find the Cause: Yes. Any laxative taken daily can be harmful to your colon and your health. Even if it is sold over the counter.  The goal here is to determine the cause of your problem and to fix that; The goal is not to ignore the problem and just treat the symptoms.

Maybe, or not: If it helps you, plan on taking it for about 6 months.  You might be able to stop it then, and do well off it, but sometimes people find that they drift back into depression off the medicine, so feel better if they stay on it.  It is safe to take it for long periods of time.

domperidone seems to be the solution to my hypersexuality. it's a godsend! now, given that i take it 40 mg daily, and am quite physically healthy and active - how safe is it to keep taking it for the rest of my life? is it at least reasonably safe?

Domperidone: Domperidone has been banned in the U.S. because of hormonal effects and possibility of dangerous cardiac arrhythmia. It may be safe with low dose and if used for only a week for gi symptoms. I don't have any personal experience with this medication. Your pharmacist should be able to provide much more information about domperidone.

Yes!: Typically no doctor wants to supply medications to an addict. There may be several options in terms of pain management using less addictive drugs. Talk to your pain specialist and ask them how to go about doing this.

Depends...: The answer is "maybe", if you suffer from chronic major depression and you have not responded well to any other antidepressant, psychotherapy or electroconvulsive therapy and you are significantly improved only by prozac (fluoxetine).
 This is very unlikely as new treatments and medications are always being developed and depression is sometimes self-limiting.

No!: Thankfully h. Pylori infections can be cured with the proper combination of medications!  once you finish the medication you should be cured!

Varies: The best answer is that you should be prepared to stay in treatment on a chronic basis. However, the "rest of your life" is a long time, and sometimes the symptoms of bipolar disorder can change over several years - sometimes getting worse, but sometimes getting better. It is important for you to stay in treatment consistently, so that others can help you montior your symptoms.

Not necessarily: Gerd can come and go, and is rekated to stress, weight, diet whether you have a hiatal hernia.  The 3 common things which cause more gerd are caffiene, alcohol and nicotine.  If you can avoid coffee or soda, cigarettes, and minimize alcohol it will greatly help you gerd. Try to eat earlier in the evening and if you are overweight even losing 10 lbs will help your symptoms.

Likely yes: Spiriva is anticholinergic drug which is , very useful in COPD esp chr. Bronchitis.In bronchiectasis it might work.

At : At 20 years old it seems unusual that you would have erectile dysfunction.  Problems like this might be related to hormonal imbalances (testosterone), reaction to medications (especially antihypertensive medications, antidepressants), reaction to drugs( marijuana, etc), alcohol, and stress (performance anxiety or general stress/depression).  It seems reasonable to see your physician for further evauation or referral to a urologist.
