See your doctor: Your doctor can get all the details of any medications that you may have taken and put it all in perspective.  She can also do a sonogram and give you more pertinent information if need be.  She can also help you with the emotional side of this issue.  I hope it all turns ourt for the best.

Possible: It is always possible that there was a problem with the second test but this is unlikely and a falling HCG level generally means the pregnancy has failed/the embryo has died.This is not usually due to a uterus didelphys which usually causes complications later in the pregnancy if it causes problems.A septate uterus can fail early if implantation is on the septum and doesn't get a good blood supply

i miscarried last time i checked my hcg level was 60 now it went down to 2.80 do i have to check again to see if i still have product of the babe left?

No: Non pregnant women will normally test positive for hcg.  Usually up to 5 is considered normal and non pregnant.  Your level of 2.8 means that you're back to normal.

: It would be prudent to see your doctor, because if your test results are correct, it suggests that the pregnancy may not be viable. An ultrasound examination would be prudent to rule out ectopic pregnancy.

: HCG values are quite variable in normal pregnancies. Your level is in the normal range. You should repeat the test in 2-3 days and if the level more or less doubles, that would be good. Do not be concerned about the cervix.

See below: Hcg declines much slower than it increases because there are still cells that secrete it. In healthy pregnancies, the HCG doubles every 2.2 days.
