You : You should probably see your family doctor just to make sure it is nothing serious. You are young and the chances of having something really bad is low especially with a negative family history. But you have to make sure.

Yes: While rare, breast cancer can and does happen to men and men die of this disease.  Please see your regular doctor for an evaluation.

Could be infection: You could have an infection in the duct. Dandelion and raw cabbage leaves topically if you've got an infection are excellent. You did not specify where in the breast so it's hard to advise.

Get checked: Breast pain is nonspecific. It can be normal breast changes as you age or due to menstrual cycle hormonal fluctuations. If it is at one spot it could be a fibroadenoma or a cyst. Rarely it could be infection if you're breast feeding. It would be worthwhile to check with your doctor for a mammogram and/or ultrasound.

Tests are accurate: Today's home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, vaginal spotting, or medications. A test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have been) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a negative result may be due to testing too early, such as less than 2 weeks after sex.

i had my iui 7 days ago. after the iui i had breast pain, today it disappread, i am bit worried about it. does that mean i am not pregnant anymore.

Too early: It is too early to rely on subjective symptoms as a sign that there is or isn't a pregnancy.

Sometimes breast : Pain can occur with pregnancy (but it is not diagnostic). Take a pregnancy test to know one way or another.  Pain might occur with period, pregnancy, pms - see your physician if not resolving.

Hormones: It sounds like it's probably hormones. Although if you're having bumps on your nipples that weren't there before, you might want to see you doctor for an exam just to make sure that what you're seeing is anatomically normal. There are normal glands on the areola that rise up , so that's probably what you're seeing. But without an experts vision it's impossible to diagnose on the internet.

Breast pain: Breast pain at age 19 is usually secondary to "fibrocystic changes" in breast tissue, which varies in intensity and frequency depending on the time of the cycle.  Ask your gyn physician about oral bcp's, which will stop ovarian hormone production and reduce the pain from fibrocystic breasts.
