Hydration: There are reports of some of these contributing some health benefits.   There is no great evidence for this.  Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day is good for you and if these ingredients help you do this, that is wonderful.

on friday night the 24th i had a terrible headache and experienced chills.i took some ginger, honey  and lemon and woke up today feeling well. havent experienced those symptoms again.

Unclear question: You may have had a transient viral infection. Just to be safe, wear a mask, keep distance from others, practice hand hygiene. God forbid the symptoms recur, especially if you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital.

Abdominal pain.: When making that tea- Buckwheat honey is best,  Use organic ginger and try squeezing it with a press. Make sure that you allow this to steep for at least 10 minutes with a pot with a lid, for full benefits of the essential oils. If he has significant abdominal pain, that would merit medical assessment.

Need more info: Having a "problem" with digestion includes at lot of illnesses. The first thing you need to do is find out what is causing your digestive problem. After that then you will find out what to do about it. It may be medication and/or advice as to proper diet.

Cough: 4 weeks is quite a long time for this to persist. If you can contact a primary care provider you can discuss safe options for lung examination and other possible prescription options, that might help. Meanwhile stay well hydrated.

Among common conditions seen postnasal drip, reflux, foreign body and reactive airway disease or asthma are possible in no specific order and aside from infections and/or lung related pathology. Logical not proven: Honey and lemon juice may both have antibiotic effectiveness that may diminish acne outbreaks and so it makes sense but I am not sure that its is truly effective in practice and may have other unforeseen complications.
