Need to see your DR.: to be explored further through exam of your menstrual irregularity, mood swings and the above symptoms, which are not normal. I would not exercise until you have these issues under control with SOB and dizziness. I would also not drive anywhere, since your hearing and eyesight is impaired.You are not at your peak, and will feel better once the pieces are put in place, and you start feeling better!

Your question?: You haven't asked a question, but these are typical symptoms of a panic attack.  By definition these come "out of the blue, " but there may still be precipitating triggers.  Usually the symptoms peak within 10 minutes and dissipate by 20-30 min, if that long. Pulnonary specialist: The shortness of breath is concerning and so is the cough. You may have a form of asthma called cough variant asthma; however, this can be determined by pulmonary function testing. I would call a pulmonary specialist or an allergist.

Relax: Despite some sub scientific stuff from politicians a decade ago, most of s do not consider Teflon a danger, even on fire. There is no specific treatment. If the symptoms get worse and you can tell you are sick, the cause is not the inhalation. Get seen if this happens, otherwise go on with your day.

Short of breath: An allergy and immunologist or a pediatric pulmonologist could do testing.  Pft's along with the history and physical could diagnose any possible asthma.  Best wishes.

Yes: Phentermine is a weight loss aid which works by activation of your sympathetic nervous system.  This is the system that causes increased heart rate and sweating in times of fear or stress as part of the "fight or flight" response.  Side effects can include all of the same symptoms.  It is safe to discontinue use if side effects are intolerable and you should contact your prescribing physician.
