Your question?: You haven't asked a question, but these are typical symptoms of a panic attack. By definition these come "out of the blue, " but there may still be precipitating triggers. Usually the symptoms peak within 10 minutes and dissipate by 20-30 min, if that long. Please see your family physician for a general health evaluation, since other things can present like this also.
