A member asked:

I left a teflon pan unattended on a hob and was exposed to fumes. i still have mild shortness of breath and dizziness two days later?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Relax: Despite some sub scientific stuff from politicians a decade ago, most of s do not consider Teflon a danger, even on fire. There is no specific treatment. If the symptoms get worse and you can tell you are sick, the cause is not the inhalation. Get seen if this happens, otherwise go on with your day.
