Tendinitis?: Posterior tibial tendinitis would be high on my differential. This is often seen in people who change running workouts or shoe wear. Over pronation is a very common cause of this problem and may be addressed with shoe wear, orthotics, or focused therapy. See a good pain specialist, orthopedic, physiatrist, or sports med physician for evaluation for formal diagnosis.

Tarsal tunnel: This is likely a tarsal tunnel syndrome from the compression of the posterior tibial nerve, you can confirm this with a neurologist who will do electrodoagnostics (emg/ncs) and perform a provocative maneuver to elicit the symptoms.

Bone Bruise?: Contusions can be painful, especially tibial (shin) bone contusions.  If the pain is severe and you feel a dent there, see a dr. As there is the possibility you may have suffered a hair line fracture as well.  Nsaids can help to start, but best to get it checked out.  Best wishes.

Back pain: Sounds like sciatica or pinched spinal nerves. You should seek medical help to confirm this.

Because you are a: Dancer I would see a foot and ankle specialist sooner than later as you place more stress on your feet than a non dancer. It would be prudent to find out what the etiology is before you make problems worse. Usually, this type of pain is either nerve or tendon related.

Pain: I understand that you have pain in tailbone, and in your ankle.  The tailbone pain can be up to a month and that I do not think needs check at this time.  The ankle pain however does need checked if you are still having troubles putting weight on the ankle.

Pressure: the going down stairs movement puts pressure on the calves and if the nerves going down the sides are being pressed upon, usually by thick fascia or tight muscles, it can cause pain. I suggest stretches daily for ur calves and using muscle rollers. U can also try KT Tape.
