Pinched nerve .: I am not sure whether the pain is starting from the right ear or radiating to the right ear .It seems radicular pain due to nerve irritation . Watch out for any weakness of the muscles . It could be just transient irritation that can pass . The most important thing to do is watch for any progression and any additional symptoms . Contact your communi: Contact your community orthopedic. You may need xrays or MRI to determine what is causing the recent flare ups.

Many possibilities: Your pain could be as a result of many different things. A thorough history and physical exam and possibly some laboratory and radiology exams are needed to determine the exact cause. Causes of pain may include: trauma (fracture, sprain, arthritis), infection, metabolic conditions (gout), musculoskeletal or biomechanical abnormality and neurologic conditions (neuropathy).

Shoulderblade prob: Shoulder pain can be from many different problems.  The main one in back of is shoulder blade irritation or inflammation
you could try Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen over the counter for a few days.

Tendonitis?: Assuming no injury. At your age it is probably a tendonitis. Treatment is ice and use of nsaids such as aleve (naproxen) . It is also possible to go to an orthopedist for a steroid injection.

Just  a thought....: This sounds a lot like a SUBSAPULARIS strain/sprain!
These are small muscles that basically "attach" your "wingbone")scapular) to your chest and form an important part of your shoulder joint!!!!
Apply Heat..Rest that arm!!!!!\
and if still "in trouble" after 48 h contact your PCP
