Back pain: Could be muscle spasm. But depending on where it is located. If it is about midway up the back then it could be kidney.

Yes: Take Paxil (paroxetine) 20 mg at night for 6 months. You will feel much better.

A few things : This depends on the examination.  This depends on what activities you're doing when it  occurs. In the back you have muscles, bones, joints, discs, bursas, tendons and ligaments.  Any of these alone or together  can cause symptoms. Your evaluation will clarify this.

Pneumonia: The lining of the lung is the main part of the lung that can feel pain. What you describe sounds like worsening pneumonia that has spread to the edge of the lung near the areas that hurt. Fluid is likely to collect there and get infected. It is hard for the medicines given by mouth (or even by vein) to kill the germs in this fluid pocket. Talk to your doctor, as a chest xray will help show it.

Stressed Muscles: Heat stretch and massage. The mineral Magnesium is also vital. It will help relax the associated muscles, decrease stress, stabilize sleep and help other meds and therapy to work efficiently. Self or profess massage, chiropractor, yoga, heat, stretching all are needed. My favorite in my practice is Acupuncture and myofascial tissue release. Take b-complex 100 too.

Ibuprofen, acetamino: phen, or low dose aspirin.  Avoid high dose aspirin or ibuprofen due to their gastrointestinal upset side effects. I would go see a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Can't tell here. CMD: Could be anything from gas to gallbladder attack, kidney stone, appendicitis, gyn issues, duodenal ulcer, musculoskeletal, other. See md. If these are new symptoms, see md asap (or er) to make sure you don't have a serious, emergency problem, like appendicitis.

Pain in chest: Need more information  how old are u? What are your risk factors for heart disease: smoking lipids BP family Hx? What tests have you had in past? If you have had prior heart disease go to ER or walk in clinic now.
