Need to be seen: Let somebody drive you to ER or urgent care, if no body around, call 911, you need to be examined and treated accordingly, good luck

sharp cramping with severe pain started high in stomach then moved above belly button. radiating behind belly button to just under. no other symptoms. getting worse all day. could this be a stomach flu with no other symptoms?

: You should be seen in an emergency room if you are having severe abdominal pain that is getting worse. This could be appendicitis or some other acute abdominal process. You will likely need a CT scan of your abdomen to make a diagnosis and then get treatment. Good luck!

i had the stomach flu a couple days ago. since yesterday, i've been having chest pains (under the sternum, you could say) &on the right sight. anyhelp?

Stomach flu: Sounds like gastritis or esophagitis especially if you have been vomiting with this stomach flu. Could be pleurisy if associated with a cough. I would continue supportive care such as increasing fluids and taking NSAIDs like Advil or tylenol (acetaminophen) for Pain and see if it helps.  If not I would follow up with your physician

Urine infection: You should consider urinary tract infection as a possibility (pyelonephritis). Urinalysis could be very useful.

Hiatal hermia: Stranger things have happened. But i guess it could develop if you were coughing so hard. Usually it is a chronic problem that is associated with reflux and if breathing problems occur that means it is very big and needs surgery to be fixed.

Drink clear liquids (no milk or juice), eat plain foods in small amounts, and avoid spicy or fried foods for a few days. Do not use medications for diarrhea or vomiting unless recommended by your doctor. 

Call your doctor if you keep vomiting or have a high fever.
