Stomach flu: Sounds like gastritis or esophagitis especially if you have been vomiting with this stomach flu. Could be pleurisy if associated with a cough. I would continue supportive care such as increasing fluids and taking NSAIDs like Advil or tylenol (acetaminophen) for Pain and see if it helps. If not I would follow up with your physician
