: No, severe headache is the most common initial symptom of intracranial aneurysmal bleed. The pain you describe seems consistent with trigeminal neuralgia. You should see an internist or a neurologist for a therapeutic diagnosis because MRI was negative.

Likely still migrain: Migraine patterns due change over time in many, and it is likely, that this represents an exacerbation which might best be handled with meds to prevent migraine eventsl  perhaps you could discuss with your doctor, and start some of these items.  Also, such pains could be secondary to tmj, and dental issues, so might check this out.

Have it evaluated: Its hard to say the cause with the information provided. But one of the things that comes to mind is temporal arteritis. This is an inflammatory process that affects the temporal artery. This can lead to local pain and numbness. There is a beading sensation along the course of the artery. This can lead to blindness if not treated. Best to have it checked out.

ENT: I would start with an ENT and make sure there is no problems of the ear and inner ear.  If there was nothing found there, I have seen all of these symptoms in patients with tmjd (tempormandibular joint disorders.  You may have slept on your jaw funny and caused this temporarily.
