Get eval.: NSAID’s, SSRI’s, hormone meds, OTC meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise &amp; acupuncture are excellent for PMS / period. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol &amp; salt. Get GYN eval to R/O underlying pathology. Consider omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium (supplementation or through diet) or Black Cohosh with dr ok. Sipping Chamomile can dissipate pain. Ginger helps w nausea.

Possible cyst: It may simply be referred pain since all of our pelvic organs lie on the same muscular bed and pelvic nerves. It may also represent some type of cyst on the ovary as well. Since it is arouond the time of your period, a gyn may be the best to see if the pain becomes severe or debillitating.

Muscle spasm?: Chest pain can occur with low blood pressure. If during your period you have low blood pressure your blood pressure medications could make BP go too low and cause pain. That would be easy to check. Muscle spasm could cause such a pain. Low potassium or magnesium may predispose to that.  Consider changing life style to normalize blood pressure.

Endometriosis : You may have endometriosis. This is a chronic condition associated with painful menses, rectal pain, pain with intercourse, etc. The way to definitively diagnosis this is with laparoscopy. Symtom relief  occurs with suppressing menses either with birth control pills, depot Provera (medroxyprogesterone) and Lupron.There are many other reasons for pelvic pain. It is important to have an evaluation by a GYN Doctor.

Cramping: There is some normal cramping that occurs during periods; however, if it is severe pain, you should get evaluated for endometriosis, where some endometrial tissue attaches outside the uterus and can cause similar symptoms.

No: What you described is not normal. But you did not provide sufficient information for a meaningful opinion. Dizziness may be due dehydration and you should drink enough water, daily, so that your urine most colorless. If the chest pains persist, you should see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

No: There are many things that can cause pain in  women in the abdominal/pelvic area.  Pain associated with ovulation is usually in the pelvic area this is just above the pelvic bone, may be more on the right or left but is not on your sides.

Estrogen : Effects . Why it is bothering your riff her breast more than the left is not so clear but probably related to where the receptors are

Unsure: Probably nothing .  But you should see your doctor for them to get a good history and exam to see if the is a problem that needs treated.
