Muscle spasm?: Chest pain can occur with low blood pressure. If during your period you have low blood pressure your blood pressure medications could make BP go too low and cause pain. That would be easy to check. Muscle spasm could cause such a pain. Low potassium or magnesium may predispose to that. Consider changing life style to normalize blood pressure.
