Need more info!: Abdominal pain can be an emergency to a mild problem. Let's begin by seeing your primary care doctor. I can't even recommend otc meds because: i don't know enough about your symptoms; i don't know if you have tried anything. The shortcut. See your doc. If you have none- a walk in clinic! but one thing. Pain near the belly button suggests a small intestinal cause!

Could be a hernia: Small hernias at the belly button can cause this type of pain. They are typically characterized by a small lump under the skin. Having said that, the belly button is the site of referred pain from the midgut portion of the intestines, and could signal an intestinal problem brewing, such as appendicitis. See your dr. More info: There are many things that can give you those symptoms. When do you get pain? What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Does food affect the pain? Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? Worse with stress?

Unlikely: Many neck issues in your age group are brought on by poor posture esp slouching or lack of exercise. Use of. Computers, carrying a heavy backpack can also aggravate your neck and upper back muscles.  Try to look at your posture to make sure you sit and stand fully erect. That's a place to start.
