Pleurisy: It sounds like pleurisy.  That is an inflammation of the lining of the chest.  Anti-inflammatory meds, including steroids, should help.

You : You have multiple symptoms that need to be evaluated.  Any abdominal pain is concerning.  Please take a pregnancy test if there is any possibility.  Please write down your symptoms and see a physician for evaluation.  If you have continued pain, vomiting, fever, rash, or new symptoms then you will need to be see as an emergency.

Sprain/ inflammation: Gout and arthritis can present this way if no hx of trauma. STD is a possibility in your age group.

Left sided pain: May be constipation or gas in the splenic flexure of the colon, may be from a kidney stone. Check U/A try maalox . i have also seen pain with mycoplasma/ ureoplasma infection in vagina without  any vaginal symptoms responds to zithromax. rarely reflux seems too low  or ovarian ( need sonogram) f/u w/ urgent  care

Yes: The location of the pain causes me a bit of concern - have you had any trauma to the area in the last several weeks? The spleen is in that general area, and it can swell with trauma. Sometimes, this happens over an extended period of time. While there are other things to cause this pain, i would strongly advise getting it checked out!

Breast exam: Go to your physician for a 3 position breast exam and get a breast ultrasound. This may also be due to hormonal fluctuations. I suggest avoiding any heavy underwire or push-up bras until seen: athletic bras may help.
