hi there, i am suffering from sharp pain in head just behind my left ear. it's been 10 days the pain comes & go. no pain in neck, shoulder, ear or jaw?

Occipital bursitis: this is likely from where a tndon in your neck attaches to to base of your skull. many doc recommend nsaids or cortisone injection to fix this issue. sometimes sleep postion or repetitive motions exaserbate this problem. seeing a doc to rule out ear infection and mastoiditis would be a good idea, however, your symptoms are not consistent with this. heat pack might help as well

Pain: This sounds like a muscular pain, possibly in the sternocleidomastoid muscle.  I would try anti-inflammatories and warm compresses.  If that does not help, see your doctor.

have sharp pain behind left ear at back/mid of head for past few days but today's worst. pinched nerve? what could this be? should i take a motrin?

You may need a good: A good doctor for the long haul is what you need in order to help you with your problems. I doubt that you have a pinched nerve. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a good all purpose pain medicine. If it does not control your pain well, then you may take a Motrin but not for more than once or twice as it can cause ulcers in your stomach. So you will be best served by having a primary care doctor whom you can go and see.

it started with hear palpitations 6 weeks ago and since i found out i hiatal hernia and ulcers, now pain all over body and sharp pain behind left ear.

Not related: Your abdominal problem has nothing to do with your ears or the palpitation.  I suspect that you are suffering from anxiety and should consult your doctor about this.  If you are grinding your teeth at night, this may be the cause for your sharp pain behind the left ear.

May have TMJ/TMD: Symptoms of tmj/tmd can vary from person to person, severity, location and duration.  It can affect the ears: ringing, aching, roaring, stuffiness, hearing loss; head, facial and neck: headaches, neck and facial pain; locking of the jaw: closed lock- limited opening, open lock- can't close; bite problems: can't touch the teeth, grinding, clenching; toothaches; lose teeth, fatigue, etc. Need exam.

: The left sided headache symptoms described could be due to a number of conditions of which Migraine or left sided Trigeminal neuralgia seem prominent. The PCP can help but one may need to see the Neurologist as well.

Mastoid area: The area you described is where the mastoid air cells are. These air cells can become infected and cause discomfort much like a sinus infection. You need to be seen to determine if it this problem especially if you are having fevers.

Lymphadenitis: Or swollen lymph nodes due to viral or bacterial infection. The swollen lymph nodes caused by cancer is not very common condition. I don't think that your case is any different. 
Headache is a separate issue.
If concerned, check with your pcp.

had c section 3 weeks ago. have swollen glands behind left ear and neck. getting headaches. also getting cold sweats at night feel hot but temperature is normal. while body aches and pains at night?

COVID 19 screening: Please have an evaluation and screening for COVID 19, Strep and influenza, particularly since you have a three week old infant. 
Continue to feed with a mask and consider pumping and storing milk. Share feeding with a well adult member of the family.
take Tylenol rather than Motrin to treat fever and body aches. Continue to drink fluids, rest and please see your PCP. Monitor baby for poor feeds.
