Seek an evaluation: You need to see a doctor.  This could represent an infection in your prostate as the locations you describe are commonly reported with prostate issues.  But this could also represent inflammation(which can be related to infections) of the rectum or the urinary tract.  If this is infectious you could get sicker sooner rather than later.  Be wise and seek help.

my groin area/penis lower stomach has a sharp pain when exercising vigorously. is this worrying?

Possibly: Groin pain can be from multiple causes from muscle strain, hernias to hip arthritis or Labral tears. I recommend seeing your primary care provider for a thorough physical examination.

Probably benign: I doubt that your symptom is of any significance, probably mechanical. Take some otc analgesics if needed.

Muscle strain: sounds like a muscle strain.  Doesn't have to be a hernia (feeling for bulge).  If fever, change in bowel habits or vomiting related to it, than likely internal and not a muscle issue.

Muscular Pain: The abdominal wall consists of multiple muscle layers.  Like anywhere on the body, a pulled muscle can cause significant, lingering pain. Since we use our core muscles for most activities, it can be difficult to rest these muscles. Pain from the abdominal wall can be difficult to distinguish from "internal" abdominal organ pain; muscular pain tends to be unrelated to food & worsened by activity.

i have an icud inserted in 2017. i don't have any kids. n constantly experience lower abdominal pains sometimes its like a sharp pain n i can't even move. it's like something is piecing me.when the pain comes i feel like i nid a restroom.

IUD ?'s: Although most IUD's can remain in place for years without problems, occasionally the IUD will migrate to the endocervical canal, where it can cause pain as described. See your gyn physician for an exam to see if the IUD is still in the correct location and/or may need removal.
