Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Ovulation: It seems the pain you describe may be related to ovulation. Although you feel it only on the right, it doesn't mean you only ovulate from the right side, only that the irritation from the released egg may be from there.  It may also result from a persistent cyst within the ovary. You should see your doctor to find out if there is something else going on.

Unsure: Could be several things.  If it is severe or persists more than several hours then you should be evaluated.  Sorry but the list of possible causes is long. Bladder pain: Hard to say exactly what this is, but you should have your urine tested for a UTI, or urinary stones.  Any blood seen in the urine?  Do you get sharp, sudden onset back/flank pain?  Other things to look out for are fever/chills, burning/urgency/frequency when urinating. The main test here is a urinalysis which can be done in any clinic or urgent care center.  Hope that helps

Urethritis: If you note this problem only on your period then bacteria and menstrual blood may be irritating the tube the carries urine from the bladder(urethra). This can lead to asymptomatic bacteuria (urinary tract infection). Have a MD screen your urine when you are OFF your period and if this persists have a Urologist take a look inside your urethra and bladder with a cystoscope to look for abnormalities

Contact your dr: If you're having sharp pains like that and heavy bleeding, i would contact your doctor or ob/gyn and see what they think, especially if medications aren't helping and/or you don't normally experience this type of pain and bleeding with menstruation.

Get pregnancy test: See your regular gynecologist. You could be pregnant.
You could also have hormonal imbalances that can be regulated with medications.  time for GYN follow up
