Unlikely: Your symptoms are atypical for heart disease and are more likely to be associated with your esophagus and gastrointestinal tract. Ask your health care provider for a thorough history and examination to pin point the diagnosis and treatment.

Post prandial SOB: Many possibilities you'd have to be checked out to work through them.........unless you are eating mass quantities and you are short of breath because of abdominal distension, I assume this isn't what you're asking though

Aspiration?: It is not entirely clear when the pain comes on (are you breathing in immediately after eating and then having pain, or just have pleuritic pain after eating a meal).  In either case, it could be that you are inhaling either food directly into your lungs or getting gastric contents in your lungs. However, cough is the more common symptom of either.... Are you having a cough?

See a GI DOC: You may need to rule out couple of condition especially motility disorder of esophagus, esophageal ring or other anatomical abnormalities of esophagus. Do you have any dyspepsia? dysphgia or other symptoms? The information you provided is not enough to make a definite diagnosis. You may need upper endoscopy or barium swallow evaluation. My suggestion you should seen a GI specialist soon.

May be: CHF is aggravated by fluid retention from salty substances. Also after meals the heart works harder during the digestive process and you must avoid exertion or lying too flat until digestion is completed an hour or two after the meal. If significant weight is gained,it may be necessary to take extra diuretics in order to ward off chf symptoms. Your physician is best qualified to advise you.

i take deep breath every minutes. i did many times reverse breathing because i had breathing problem after eating full 5 months ago. did i hurt lungs?

Breathing: I am not sure what you mean by reverse breathing. Taking deep breaths will not hurt your lungs. If you inhale toxins, smoke, exposed to fumes for a period of time then you could hurt your lungs. If you blow out deeply that also should not hurt your lungs.

Palpitations: There are several causes of palpitations, so the evaluation of your heart should include blood testing, ECG, echocardiogram, and possibly some additional cardiac testing. Since you also have coughing you should have a chest X-ray. The food related issue makes allergy response or aspiration both possible problems. See your doctor for further eval.

what can cause noticeable inspiratory wheeze when breathing through nose after eating? negative panels for ige-mediated reaction/8 allergens.

Nasal wheeze: Since this symptom occurs after eating and it apparently doesn't matter what you eat, some sort of vasomotor reflex rather than an allergic reaction appears to occur. The nose may drip some liquid with this type of reflex. You could try instilling a nasal decongestant spray before you eat to see if the nasal wheeze is prevented.

does alchalasia commonly cause tracheobronchial aspiration where food & liquid go in the lungs? can it happen everytime after eating? i have a hard time breathing after i eat and sometimes get a little dizzy?

: Achalasia could make you prone to food and liquids getting into your lungs. Please see a doctor as achalasia can be treated with balloon dilatation and may not require surgery.
