Get checked: If you have a new headache, especially if severe, with pupil changes (that persist), call your doctor now.  If you don't have a doc, and the symptoms continue, go to an UC or ER, especially if the pain is severe and this lasts for more than 15-30 minutes.

Tremor: A tremor of the finger while it's at rest could be an early sign of Parkinson's disease. A neurologist would also look for some rigidity, slowness of motion, expressionless facial features and mild gait changes as other early signs.

See neurologist!: Although familial tremor is a possibility, need more history. Duration, how long, etc. etc.  must rule out more serious problems. See you pcp and get an appt. with a neurologist as soon as possible.

Need more informatio: Don't know whom or what you're referring to. Who is is, how old, what's the medical history and current medication. Was it someone with diabetes on insulin? If so, low glucose can cause such problems. What is pain on the right side of the brain? Do you mean a headache. Can't tell you if it's serious but you need to have her see a doctor.

my uncle has parkinsons, ive noticed my hands shaking for yrs , not that bad but theres been times when ive dropped stuff, is it heredity or what can cause your hands to shake like that? no other symptoms than that one, any ideas of why it happens?

Tremor causes: Include: medications, essential tremor, medical conditions like hyperthyroidism, degenerative neurological conditions - of which Parkinson’s is one.  Many conditions are inherited but not autosomal dominant.  If one parent has it does not mean you will inherit it too but you may have increased risk.

COVID 19: Unfortunately, headaches are one to the symptoms that can linger well after recovery from other COVID symptoms. Dizziness, anosmia, loss of taste, muscle weakness, nerve problems, &amp; difficulty thinking  have also been reported.

No: Seizures are rarely a part of an anxiety attack.  Anxiety attacks are usually characterized by feelings of dread or fear of death, palpitations, shaking, shortness of breath, chest pain, G.I. Discomfort, feeling lightheaded, fear of loss of control, and chills or hot flashes.

Can't say: Don't know if you are having a forceful tremor or what.  Without an assessment and full history it would not be possible to say what the cause was.   Don't know enough about your neck or chiropractic treatments to comment further on that.
