Could be arthritis: Dorothy, sounds like you may have some degenerative arthritis of the neck and shoulders. Or it could also be rheumatoid. I would follow with your primary care doctor.

i experience debilitating pain during / after intercourse that even after taking pain meds lasts 30+ mins - intense pain, full body cold sweat so that i am soaked,shaking,hands&feet going numb after a while.are these signs of endometriosis? thanks

Maybe: Endometriosis can cause intense pain associated with intercourse. Other symptoms can occur in response to the pain. Get evaluated by your OBGYN.

Hypoglycemia: Your symptoms surely sound like hypoglycemia.  When one eats a lot of sugar, especially quickly, and they have a tendency to diabetes the pancreas can put out too much Insulin too quickly causing the high sugar in the blood to immediately be absorbed by the cells and having your brain feel you are hypoglycemic.  This phenomenon can be managed by not eating high content sugars or having big meals.

Anxiety tremors: Most likely due to anxiety. Do you also sweat and feel your heart speed up? 
Have you ever taken any meds for this.
Does it happen when you get up to speak?

If it runs in your family then may be familial tremors.

: The AgAb (4th generation) HIV tests are 100% reliable 6 weeks after the last possible exposure, regardless of what symptoms are present. There are NO drugs, medications, illnesses, medical conditions, etc that have any effect on the reliability of the test. That includes alcohol and antibiotics like azithromycin. Your test proves you do not have HIV and can stop worrying about it.

Some thoughts: Agree, it's not as simple as looking at the tremor.  Parkinson disease is a constellation of findings, of which tremor is only one.  That said, Parkinson tremor tends to be asymmetrical, medium to large oscillations, circular (rather than back and forth), less evident with attention.  But, not always.  Tremor can be absent, odd form, other variations.  Its a "whole picture" diagnosis.

Adrenergic response : It has to do with the body's receptivity to adrenergic activity which is turn has to do with release of Epinephrine (adrelanine) and like substances in the blood stream.  Its a common human experience, the body's way of communicating with the mind  telling it something is not right.  If happens when not nervous, than other possibilities must be considered.

Should be seen: Your primary care physician should see this and perhaps a neurologist may need to check you out. My first concern is to rule out multiple sclerosis, or detect it in time for treatment. Another concern is huntingon's and i know there are dozens of additional possibilities.

A patient can call 911 or the local emergency number. If it turns out not to be an abnormal rhythm, heart attack, anxiety attack symptoms, a collapsed lung, or pneumonia, the ER will still have been the right place to go.
