It's what you do: It's not a question of whether they're more likely to transmit, but whether they're more likely to be infected.  Hiv-2 is seen in west africans, not gay men.  Hepatitis b is more common in gay men, hepatitis c in drug users.  Hsv is widespread throughout the population. Anal sex transmits HIV easily whether done by gay people or straight people. Risk  depends not on who you are, but on what you do.

The vacillation of antibodies is caused by the virus hiding dormant in the nerve cells. During this time, your body's immune system cannot "see" the virus and therefore stops producing the Antibody proteins. Recurrences can occur due to stress, illness, etc.

: This is your third or fourth question about your positive HSV1 result. You're just like half the US population:  50% of all people test positive for HSV1. They almost never infect their partners and their babies generally are at very low risk. Just be on the lookout for outbreaks of oral or genital sores, and avoid kissing or having sex respectively if that happens. Otherwise no worries.
