Depends on severity: If skin got mildly or moderately sunburned, then the usual home care for sunburns should help. People often try hydrocortisone cream for a week, while also moisturizing with their non-medicated lotion or cream. Severe means different things to different people, but usually means the skin blistered and new top skin will need to form over 3-4 weeks. Doctor can examine on video or in-person.

AB moves: Can begin with neutral spine exercises for your core such as planks, front and side, and "birddog" exercises. From there you can go to a global dynamic lumbar stability program. The ab program is part of this and this would protect your back. Most exercises are on youtube.

i am a 16 year old guy, 6' and 210 lbs. how can i get in good shape with well defined abs and such?

Diet ; exercise: Most of those ripped bodies out there have 5-10 % body fat. Since most normal appearing teen girls will have 15-20% that could mean dropping 5-10% of your body weight to achieve that goal.  You can certainly have a flat stomach with good conditioning and less weight loss, but a good 6 pack will cost you.

Difficult to guess: It is difficult to guess what caused something pop in your abdomen and caused pain for 10 seconds.If the pain comes back then I suggest you have it checked by your Doctor

Many reasons: A1c could be falsely low if you're anemic or have a blood disorder. Your fasting sugar could be wrong if your meter is old or not registering right. You need blood testings to diagnose diabetes, not glucometer measurements. If a1c or fasting sugar values are conflicting, ask your doctor for an oral glucose tolerance test. This is another way to diagnose diabetes.
