Up with the sun: Sure, if you can get all the stuff you need to do done in that period of time. With the advent of electricity and mechanized farming, we don't need to do that anymore. This is why we are so in need of sleep!

Red cheeks: Red cheeks can be from flushing or rheumatic diseases or just erythema from rosacea. Or sun sensitivity. See your dr.

Depends: Size, has size changed, texture, has texture changed, boarders regular or irregular, have boarders changed.  Would be good idea to have Physician, preferably a Dermatologist, do a visual survey.

Dermatology Consult!: Sign of possible skin Cancer: Irregular Bordered Skin lesions, Skin lesions with dark to black colors, Slowly growing Skin lesions.

Best to have them checked by a Dermatologist!

i have about 4 moles on my body that are 2 shades of brown. im getting them checked tom but im freaking out. does 2 shade always mean abnormal?

Watch and wait: You may watch and wait. If  any of the moles doubles in size, becomes irregular in size, shape or color, bleeds, ulcerates or develops a nodule, see a doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Stool Color: Stool color not a problem unless persistent black or very light clay color.

Can't be exact about: The cause of headaches because there are several major types, e.g., vascular, sinus, muscular, tension, etc.
