See your doc: I your pain is in the chest and back and you are having fevers you should see a doc right away (ER if need be).  You want to make sure there was no injury to the stomach or esophagus when the band was removed.  This can be a deadly situation when left too long.  I'm not saying that is what it is, I'm just saying you need to confirm that is not the issue as soon as possible.

Dysmenorrhea?: I am not sure if it’s the first time you experience this or not. Anyway sometimes period pains can worsen for no identifiable reason from time to time. Kidney stones?: what you are describing may be renal colic.  This type of pain comes in waves as the ureter (tube connecting kidney to bladder) is trying to pass a kidney stone in a rhythmic peristaltic motion.  It may start higher in your flank and progress to waist and eventually down to groin area.  Have your doctor check your urine. An abdominal X-ray or ct may prove you have kidney stones.  Good luck.

Shingles: From what you describe it may well be Shingles ( Herpes Zoster)  This usually occurs in people who are immunocompromised eg Diabetes, HIV , Cancer etc  You should see your Gp for a full check up 
Shingles should be treated very quickly otherwise it may persist for a long period ( post shingles neuralgia ) 
Anti viral treatment eg Acyclovir is very effective
