Injured lower back?: That would be the most likely cause with what limited history you have given. The nerves to that area originate in the lower back

Kidney stone: Find a hospital that has a urology department. Check into the ER and ask to see a urologist.  A urologist may be able to break the stone up and end this horrible pain.

Neck pain : you need to be evaluated for cervical lymphadenitis or other acute infections that will need antibiotic therapy

Gastritis: Celiac disease is not diagnosed by gastroscopy since it involves the small intestines and not the upper GI tract. You problem appears to be from inflammation in the stomach which may be associated with  H pylori infection, NSAIDs intake etc.  It is best for you to consult your doctor or see a GI specialist to get a more focused diagnosis and treatment.

Family practice: You may have injured your ulnar nerve near your elbow. Sometimes just leaning on your constantly can do it. Wear an elbow pad. See your dr  , sometimes surgery is performed to transposition it under the muscle.

had negative ct w/ contrast for abdo pain 3 days ago. still groin pain after bm. bouts of severe nausea. bad pain in side by middle ribs. no diarrhea/vomiting. feel fine otherwise. what could it be?

Need more informatio: We need more information about the pain as to how long you  have the pain, any meds you have used, what other tests like blood and urine was done.You have pain by middle ribs and pain in groin after bm.Were you examined by a doctor and what was his impression .I will recommend to see a gastroenterologist if the pain persists , you need comprehensive exam and may need colonoscopy and chest/ribs x-ray.

Parastomal hernia: If your colostomy is set in your lower right side, you may have a hernia around your colostomy. A parastomal hernia will cause pain and swelling or bulge around your ostomy. Go to see your doc. A ct scan of your abdomen would be helpful to evaluate your symptoms. Like all hernias, a parastomal hernia should be repaired.

Hmm: If the pain is within days/weeks of the colostomy then you need to get urgent evaluation by the general surgeon and your primary care provider. If the pain is "chronic" as in more than 6 months, then you should also get an opinion from your general surgeon, but then you might also consider seeing an orthopedist.

Depends : On quality and character of pain. I suspect this was for diverticulitis perforation with colostomy and then takedown?  You could have same thing happen again if the pain is constant, sharp and steady esp with fever or chills. Other possibility would be constipation or adhesion. Need to call ur medical doctor.

Depends: How long ago was your last surgery? Incision site discomfort can sometimes last for a few months after surgery. See your surgeon for an exam. Sometimes hernias can form at the surgery site. Sometimes there can be prolonged skin nerve discomfort in the scar.
