Several options: Note you are trying otc preps, which may help, but your nerve pain could benefit from Lyrica (pregabalin) or neuron tin.  A Butrans patch is a narcotic used once weekly with minimal risk factors, and long-term analgesia.

Sounds sciatic : It sounds like you have been having pain due to a disc problem that has likely herniated causing  pain more localized to the side it herniated pinching a nerve creating pain down the leg. 90% get better non operatively. Medication, physical therapy & epidural injections may help with only 10% needing surgery.  Other possibilities include a hip joint problem, pyriformis syndrome & si joint issue.

Hip pain: Sounds like sciatica--a pinched nerve that is caused by a bulging or herniated disc, that refers pain down the leg in a specific distribution. Also consider hip arthritis if groin pain is an issue. Check x-rays of hip and pelvis.

Arthritis : You may ha acute inflammation around the hip or involving the bursa. Try an anti inflammatory such as Aleeve or Ibuprofen

No.: Development of a clot of what was once called the long saphenous vein may cause discomfort, tenderness to touch, redness, or warmth over the length of the vein itself -- something called thrombophlebitis. This is a local issue, self-limited, and should not lead to discomfort in the other leg or the hips. If the clot extends near its junction with the deep veins, it may lead to a DVT.

had microdiscectomy/flavectomy 2days ago,sciatica pain and tilted pelvis are gone...what do you recomend for these days of recovery?

After surgery: Congratulations on a successful surgery. Avoid repetitive bending and stooping in the first six weeks to prevent a recurrence of the disc herniation. Isometric exercises to strengthen the core (e.g. planks) will reduce the risk of recurrent disc herniation or delayed instability. Warm moist heat is good to relieve sore tight muscles and ice (especially at night) is good to reduce inflammation.

Kidney Stone: The pain you are describing could be from a stone in the right kidney or could be musculoskeletal pain. 
A kidney ultrasound will be diagnostic in this case.

If she is having agonizing groin or abdominal pain take her to the Emergency Room to get checked out!
