Nighttime pain: There are several gastric and other problems that can wake you at night and cause pain  you must call your doctor for an appointment for an examination to determine the cause of your illness, and them advise appropriate treatment.

Not related issues: Acid-related events typically involve the gut, whereas hepatitis is a liver inflammation.  Only in very rare circumstances does stomach juice potentially "reflux" into the biliary tree.  Also, rare opportunities exist for tumors to metastasize to the liver from the upper GI tract, but such tumors do not secrete acid into the liver to cause its inflammation.

Depends: The cause is the issue here. If you have helicobacter infection that is easily treated.  If another cause you need to discuss this with the GI doctor who saw you.  Good luck.

i have seronegative ra, i have severe gastric pain with the prescribed hydroxychloroquine sulphate. how can i use the drug without gastric issues?

See details: I would strongly consider a change to subcutaneous methotrexate. This would avoid any GI risk and has better data than hydroxychloroquine in preventing joint damage. If you want to try to continue your current med, add omeprazole 20 mg daily to try to prevent GI irritation.

Get checked out: You are probably having regurgitation into your gullet which will cause chest pain. You seem to describe severe pain and that needs to checked out to run out ulcers in you gullet and stomach
