Excessive fluid: Losses due to heat and more strenous activity along with excessive soft drinks and tea with caffeine and alcohol all can lead to constipation.

Seek treatment: Seek treatment. See your family md or a psychiatrist. Medications can be very helpful. Often, use of meds. With psychotherapy works the best. Exercise regularly, consider yoga, meditation, relaxation, get good sleep.

Go MD for eval: Symptoms depend on the type of head injury. Some severe symptoms may not appear right away.
Mild head injury symptoms include:
inability to stand or balance
confusion
headache
nausea
temporary memory loss
ringing in the ear
severe head injury symptoms include:
bleeding from deep cuts or wounds in the scalp, loss of consciousness
abnormal eye movements
inability to focus the eyes.

High index block: Be certain to use an spf of 100+ (like neutragena helioplex).  Cover all exposed areas, and repeat applications every 3-4 hours minimum.  Wearing sun protective lightweight shirts, etc to cover exposed areas, and broadbrim hat to screen some sun.  It is not enough to just put some on in am....It will be lost with sweating/wiping etc.

severely sprained ankle 3years ago. gets a lot worse(pain,stiffness)in summer when hot.what could it be and how could i treat it? thank you very much!

Kankle.: I am not so sure that the pain and stiffness is due to the actual seasonal differences as more due to the increased activity levels associated with warmer weather. Having said that, there could be some residual internal ankle derangement from the ankle trauma. This could involve bone, cartilage or soft issue elements. It might be time to have your ankle re-evaluated for treatment possibilities.

Itchy legs: Dont scratch.  This makes it worse in most cases. There are many things that cause itching of the legs, including: swelling, dermatographism, and xerosis (dry skin).

Viral recurrence: A variety of viruses can cause GI (stomach) illness, so while you may have better immunity against the virus that made you sick over the summer, it doesn't make you immune to all such viruses. Following safe food practices, washing hands, and keeping distance from those who appear sick will help, but it is not possible to protect 100% against such illnesses.
