Cramps in pregnancy: Cramps and back pain can both be normal in pregnancy, but you are describing them as severe, which is not normal. I recommend seeing your OB or at least calling them right away to describe your symptoms, as you may need to be evaluated.

Endometriosis : Endometriosis is stimulated to grow by estrogen.  Ovaries make estrogen.  If you still have cells that are endometriosis, they could be responding to estrogen from your ovaries.  The best way to find out if your pain is from endometriosis is to take a medicine called Lupron (leuprolide) for three months.  Lupron (leuprolide) makes estrogen low.  If you feel the pain less, it was from endometriosis.  If the pain does not get better it was not from endometriosis.  Your ob/gyn can help you with this.

Any: But usually those &gt;4cm likely to be symptomatic.  Any fibroid that is dying (necrosis) can cause severe pains.  Doctors always should consider other causes, though, because the more common symptom of a fibroid is bleeding--not pain.

: Gynecologic problems, among other conditions, can cause lower back pain.  Given your positive hpv , it is advisable to see your gynecologist.

The retroverted uter: I am not a Gynecologist, but I think the most likely cause is the retroverted uterus. Your uterus is facing "backwards." There's nothing wrong with it - you are just "made" that way (you were born with it, or it developed naturally as you did). The uterus usually points anteriorly (forward) and causes no discomfort as it presses on the abdominal wall. When facing backwards, it presses on the spine

Two issues: Seeing your aorta pulsate is normal if you're thin.  Be sure to have your doctor examine you to be sure it's not something very rare in your age like an aneurysm. Check with your gynecologist about your menstrual symptoms.

Exercise: I'd suggest you see a physician since you describe your pain as severe. If you are given a clean bill of health a stretching and strengthening program is a good place to start.

Stretch: There are many causes of low back pain. Usually acute back or hip pain will improve over 1-2 weeks with anti-inflammatories, gentle streching, and use of heat/ice.  If your pain does not improve or gets worse you should contact your physician.
