Causes of back pain can include kidney stone..if pain is severe and it is not affecting your ability to walk or sudden loss of urine or stool your current go to urgent care center otherwise emergency room. Since he destroyed the pain is severe. If you cannot drive and if If you cannot drive and if you feel it is in a life-threatening emergency please call 911

Primary doc: Well sometimes a primary care doc can squeeze you in... say if there's a cancellation in the schedule or allotted time for 'sick visits'. You can probably start to treat yourself with chicken soup, Tylenol and some much needed rest. You might be dehydrated from all this which would explain the headache and muscle pains. I like ginger tea also - that's good for the throat. Hope you get some relief!

Back surgery: We can not advice you on line without knowing more information, getting better history of your pain, examination details and reports of your mris and the previous surgical details in other vertebra.But if the other surgeries were unsuccessful and were done for the same reason, i will get a second opinion before going for surgery.
