Not Recommended: Please make sure you try everything you can before medication. Therapy and behavior treatments as well as mindfulness based approachs. Yes there are some potentially helpful meds that can be used for anxiety but this is a difficult decision to be weighed and worked through with your physician. No easy answers.

There are excellent cognitive-behavioral practices as well as meditation, exercise, social interactions, structuring exercises, and medications that can significantly reduce your unnecessary anxiety.

Maybe: You are having all this distress because you aren't quite ready for sex?  Sex is a big deal and a big responsibility.  Maybe you need to step back and decide if this what you really and truly want.  Maybe you have some concerns about your partner, maybe you are trying to please someone else..lots of maybes. But if sex doesn't make you happy...you shouldn't be doing it.

Not directly: If anything your stress can accelerate the maturity of the kids lungs so they are less likely to have breathing problems at delivery. You need to find a life coach therapist. Life can throw many issues at us we are not trained to deal with alone. You wouldn't try to fix a burst appendix &amp; shouldn't try to do this alone. A life coach/therapist can teach skills to deal with the stress.
