Pre-Natal: Counseling may be helpful. Also a consultation with your obg/gyn or family doctor can be a good starting place. As you deal with this stressful situation, you'll benefit from any support and medical help you can find. Best wishes.

Therapy, Meds, Alt: Consult with a psychologist. An unplanned pregnancy can be anxiety provoking & overwhelming. Not need to tackle this alone, get support. There are some meds that you can take while pregnant. Connect w/ a psychiatrist if you're interested in exploring those options. Your OB should b able to give u referrals. Finally, explore alternatives, prenatal yoga, hypnobirthing breathing, podcast pregtastic.
