Nausea: Need more information. Have you experienced vomiting, fever, or diarrhea? That would signal a bacterial or viral cause. If you have no other symptoms and are concerned about anxiety, you should see a mental health professional for an evaluation.

Possibly: Anxiety can certainly put "butterflies" in your stomach, but it could also contribute to excessive stomach acid or even an ulcer. If this persists see your doctor.
