Protect yourself: Even though we can go out in RI now, I still only leave my house (other than walks in the open) if I have to. Wash hands often with warm water &amp; soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others. Stay away from crowds. Stay home  when possible

Have him see his Dr: Start with a physical exam, basic lab tests and a complete semen analysis. If he checks out reproductively, then you will need to see your Gyn or be referred to a Fertility Medicine specialist for exam, blood tests and likely a hystero-salpingogram (HSG) to see if your system has changed. i had post exposure rabies series two years ago. i had 2 shot booster last year. do i need another set of boosters if exposed this year?

No: You are considered protected for two years from the completion of the primary series or any booster.

Use Condoms: Think about your question.  The more important point is that it sounds like you need to see your doctor about a proactive and reliable form of contraception.

Supportive care: Cognitive medications like Aricept and Namenda (memantine) can slow the memory and cognitive decline, but aren't going to reverse or even maintain her current functioning. Providing her with a comfortable environment, be it at home or in an assisted living facility or skilled nursing facility where she can have the greatest quality of life as well as being supportive can be very helpful.

Pregnancy??: Chances are that taking a version of "Plan B" emergency contraception (EC) will prevent some pregnancies, but not all, since EC is not 100%.  If your period is delayed, wait another week and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

i also wonder how long hyponatremia may set in after taking celexa? i have been taking it for 17 days once a day at 20mg. have also had a mild headache for two days. could the headache be related to the beginning of a case of hyponatremia?

Hyponatremia: Citalopram can cause hyponatremia.  It is a cause for SIADH. This condition increases anti-diuretic hormone in your body and can cause dilutional hyponatremia. Signs of hyponatremia would include headache, nausea, confusion, loss of energy, drowsiness or fatigue, restlessness, irritability, muscle cramps, spasm or weakness.  Sever hyponatremia can cause seizures and coma.

No harm done: Wearing your 4th set of trays for two extra days prior to switching to your 5th set will have no long term effect on your treatment. You are probably doing better then most patients with Invisalign.
