Unclear: Nothing is certain in medicine. You are young and i presume otherwise healthy so it is probably ok.
However, i would make sure the diagnoses are correct! have a good battery of psychological testing
and perhaps neurologic testing to confirm adhd. Check geisinger or temple or u of penn or jefferson or univ of pitt. Or john hopkins.
Ekg should be done. Most importantly are they helping? Any side eff.

Ask your Doctor: Are you having a problem with the current way you are taking your medication? If not, why change? If you are having a problem, don't you think you should discuss it with your prescribing physician.? I usually recommend that zoloft (sertraline) be taken in thr morning, as it can make it harder to fall asleep. Less commonly, zoloft (sertraline) makes patients tired, that's when i say to take it at night. Good luck.

Meds for life: It depends if depression is recurring and affecting the life you may have to stay on meds longer with combination of therapy and meds it can be reduced and less doses needed.Goal is you build up skills to deal with the stress your response is not affecting your life too much and can handle it a healthy positive way.
