Elisa & western blot confirmation methods are used to  detect of anti-mag & anti-sgpg antibodies such as anti-gm1, anti-gd1b, anti-asialo gm1, anti-gq1b and anti-sulfatide antibodies by elisa; and  anti-hu antibodies.
