: If you live a healthy life  and are healthy then you do not need supplements to boost anything. They are unregulated, unstandardized mostly of no benefit and my opinion sometimes harmful. Save your money and lead a healthy life

im starting a new job and i would like to reduce my anxiety. im currently taking 25mg of vistral as needed. i dont take it every day. i saw recently that ashwagandha can help reduce anxiety. can i take them together? would there be side effects?

: needs precise diagnosis from psychiatrist or psychologist and take a med that treats the root cause of anxiety and not the symptomatic treatment with that pill you are taking. The pill make you feel "safe" artificially while the illness is never treated and will worsen gradually. Never try to pacify anxiety by alcohol

: No but Ashwagandha can be dangerous as it has never been tested to show it is safe or if it does what they say it does. Stay with approved meds.  Unusual to be on Atorastatin at your age.  Always try diet first unless you have familial hypercholesterolemia.  Discuss with your team.

: You are too young to be taking medicines you mention unless you have been checked by a reputable MD. Re anxiety and stress first try non medicinal ways e.g. meditation stress reduction workshops and such things before taking medicine. 'Organic' and 'natural' market is full of unproven unregulated potentially harmful and expensive 'medicines' I am positive you will be well. Good luck

It should not have any negative effects in the long term. She should use appropriate contraceptives if sexually active to prevent pregnancy.

Sensoril: Sensoril active ingredient is ashwangandha and was studied with a double blind placebo controlled study with 98 subjects who did state their energy level, stress and cognition improved over two months of use.  How long it last is not stated but in my experience, the indian ginseng last only a few days to 2 weeks in the system before it is completely washed out.
