Avoid Nickel: if you are sensitive/allergic to nickel which is quite common,do not use any jewellery containing Nickel.Use pure gold,silver or titanium.

No need?: Perhaps you don't need to clean out the belly button - does it get red, swollen, or drain?  If not just leave it alone and wash normally in tub / shower with soap.

This : This needs to be medically evaluated.  There are several possibilities that it could be, but any abdominal mass needs to be evaluated, especially if it is painful.  If he develops vomiting, increased pain, or fever then he needs emergency evaluation.

Sensitive Umbilicus: Sensitivity around the umbilicus (belly button) is common in the second and their trimester. The likely reason for this is from stretching of the pregnant abdomen and that the tissue around the umbilicus does not stretch in the same way.

Umbilical Hernia: There is a very common condition at the belly button where the umbilicus did not close properly and there is a small hernia there. This should be evaluated by a surgeon and closed surgically.

Pain in umbelicous: it can possibly be many things: infection/abcess, hernia with incarcerated fat and/ or bowell, too vague. You will need a work up and more info is required?  Is it red? Any drainage?

: One possible explanation is an abnormality of the urachus, which runs from the belly button to the top of the bladder. In the fetus it is an open pathway. It normally closes off completely prior to birth. If it doesn't, it can result in a connection between the two and cause pain.

Umbilical pain: Can be reflux from acid or H pylori  and may respond to maalox or ranitidine or prevecid . For H pylori need antibiotics to completely clear. or can be gallbladder Or can be the beginning of appendicitis especially if moves to right lower abdomen. Would follow up today with doc/ urgent  care

Even subtle baby movements can cause sharp pain.  If you develop nausea and vomiting, high fevers, or inability to pass gas or stools, see your doctor immediately.  Otherwise, maternity belts, rest, and Tylenol (acetaminophen) are recommended first.
