Abnormal sensation: As this sensation is in the head first rule out you do  not have pediculosis, if negative, abnormal sensation usually results from nerve irritation. Have it checked out by a Neurologist.

Formication?: Formication is the sense that something is crawling on your skin. It has many possible causes: menopause, Morgellon's Disease, allergies, skin cancer, syphilis, diabetic neuropathy, Lyme Disease, Herpes Zoster, pesticide exposure, mercury poisoning, alcohol withdrawal, medication /drug use such as: amphetamines, cocaine, Adderall or Ritalin (methylphenidate).

Tingling : This sounds like a neurological neuropathy. Usually one sided could be from trigeminal neuralgia, or TMJ from grinding your molars at night, poor jaw alignment. Another cause is low calcium levels. Tapping the trigeminal nerve can illicit twitching which can be a supporting clue of low calcium levels.

Pruritus/Cholestasis: The liver has hepatocytes that elaborate bile into cannaliculi. Bile passageways coalesce into the common bile duct. When liver disease is present, flow of bile is interrupted and itching presents because of the buildup of toxic bile substances. Studies show this pruritus or itching affects the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet, but can be generalized as well.

Ant Bite?: The ant should not be causing an actual "headache"  but is sure might be bothering him if it crawled up his nose.   Poor little guy! He could have sustained an ant bite.   He's very young, so I don't recommend any medication, but watch him today, if he is hard to console, bring him to his pediatrician for an exam.

Get it checked: out by your doctor as soon as you can for proper diagnosis and treatment.  It is unusual to have purple discoloration and changes in sensation in your feet unless the infection is located in that area.  It's also important to make sure you are on the correct antibiotic.

Many possibilties: One possibility is Multiple Sclerosis, but this could also be Lyme disease with co-infections like Bartonella and retroviruses.But this might not be an immune disorder but heavy metal toxicity from mercury,lead or aluminum. Mold toxicity may also cause this.

Neutralization: Calamine solution contains zinc carbonate (basic ph) and ant's sting contains formic acid. The reaction between the acid and the base neutralizes the effect of the sting. Taking an oral antihistamine such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Claritin and applying a topical steroid cream also help.
