More than one?: It is more likely that is more than one of the same bug, possibly ants that bit you.  It is impossible to know with that description.  But keep area clean, dry, don't scratch it, and if no improvement see your doctor.

Get checked for STD: "leaky" penis usually indicates an infections, most likely a sexually transmitted infection.  Getting treatment quickly is important, as is getting checked for hiv.

Many possible causes: Of smelly urine: concentrated due to dehydration & low fluid intake causes a strong smell.Urinary infections may be most common cause of foul smelling urine and often alert subjects to presence of uti.Some antibiotics such as Amoxicillin &cipro cause smelly urine as does consuming large volumes of coffee, ie >6cups/day.Classically asparagus has distinctive smell.Others r liver disease & diabetes.

Vaginal discharge or: sperm? Leakage of sperm after sexual intercourse is pretty normal. Can wipe off after sex - so that less ends up in your pants. If your normal vaginal discharge tends to be heavy - you can always add a panty liner.

Surgeon: You should see a surgeon. This is likely a pilonidal cyst. This needs a surgery that requires wide incision for definitive care.

Not sure: Melena can be a sign of GI bleeding. It normally presents with tarry or sticky, black stool which is malodorous. If you have those symptoms please seek medical evaluation. Take care.

It may be normal: Women have some amount of vaginal discharge.  It's released by glands to keep the vagina healthy.  Every woman is different in the amount and appearance of discharge.  If there has been a change in the amount, color, odor, consistency and/or you have symptoms of itching, burning or bleeding that is something to be more concerned about and seek help from your primary care doctor.

i had a colonoscopy 4 days ago and l'm getting pain inside my rectum and a bit of mucus leaking. previously had a perirectal abcess where the pain is.

Possible recurrence: Colonoscopy requires cleaning of bowel with a form of laxative followed by distention of bowel by forcing gas up the rectum.  If there was a previous abscess the new signs may represent recurrence of the abscess and this followed by passage of residual irrigant used to clean bowel.

In general, thats ok: First, I would recommend keeping a menstrual diary to keep track of your cycles. When that episode occurred, were you about to start your period? Sometimes, slight bloody discharge may be in the vagina before your period actually starts. Second, remember that it is possible to have small abrasions or nicks  if your fingernails are long or with very aggressive stimulation. I suspect all is ok.
