what is it when you get lighted headedness and start seeing spots?

Low blood pressure?: This sounds like a momentary drop in your blood pressure.  This may happen if you are dehydrated, taking medidcations for high blood pressure, or from an irregular heart beat.

More info needed: Could be a lot of things. If they shimmer, move around and you get a headache might be migraine. If it's just one eye go get checked now particularly if the spots seem to flash. If it reminds you of a bug flying around could be a harmless "floater." i'm assuming these are spots before your eyes and not spots like a rash.

Ocular migraines!: Ocular migraines are a form of migraines that take place in the occipital cortex (part of the brain that interprets/controls vision).  They lack the severe headache as common migraines.  The symptoms are usually all or mostly visual and are typically described as flashing of light or ziz-zag lights in the vision.  They usually last less than 30 minutes and affect the vision out of both eyes

i got prf 2 mos ago and i am seeing thin waves and semi dark spots. i notice it especially in bright days. thoughts?

Waves from PRK: I am guessing you put forth a typo and actually had prk.  This modifies the front surface of the eye to correct a need for glasses.  In some cases, there can be visual disturbances from dryness or changes in the contour of the laser treatment.  This should be discussed with your prk surgeon.

for the past 10 years or so i've been seeing glittery spots only when i do something strenuous or if i stand up to fast. what is causing this?

Several possibilitie: I would need more information. Important questions would be your age, if your baseline blood pressure was too high or too low, if you are on hypertensive medications, if you have any medical problems that are being treated. In general, since it has been going on for 10 years, it is unlikely that it is anything serious. But a good general checkup with a PCP, including blood testing is first.

Doctor can evaluate: If a new vision symptom pops up, one should see his primary care doctor and/or an ophthalmologist (eye doctor). Vision is so important, so it is good to have a doctor get the whole story and examine the eyes. It may or may not be something to worry about, but one cannot tell without an evaluation.

Get eyes checked: Get eyes checked to look for retinal issues. Might also be blood pressure dropping.  Perhaps a non painful type of ocular migraine.

??????: What kind of spots and where? Then maybe i can help you . Discolorizations of the skin are common in pregnancy and resolve after delivery.

Worth evaluation : by an ophthalmologist, it can be just floaters in the vitreous inside the globe, but better be checked with examination and measuring of intraocular pressure and checking the back of your eyes, best wishes
