i do not know how to explain this properly but why do i see veins in my vision when i blink fast? is this normal? i also see these veins after waking up in the morning?

: It is normal to "see" retinal blood vessels when bright light is shone into the eye.

Swollen hand veins.: Hand veins can swell for many reasons but the most common is certainly hereditary .  Other factors would be level of hydration, aging, sun exposure and loss of elasticity and volume. Actually, I am amazed at the amount of women that i see with bulging hand veins. Hand veins and especially palm hand veins are usually normal variations.  See a vein specialist if worried.

Keep up good work: You have a lot to be proud of. Increase your aerobic activities and reduce your intake of carbs and fats, getting used to being more hungry than you're accustomed to. Yes, normal: Entirely normal, especially when lying down or bearing down. Only abnormal if there are other symptoms, the most concerning would be shortness of breath.

i have a tarsal boss on the top of my foot. had it for years. but now it looks like its bigger and i can see veins on top of the bump. should i have it imaged? ive recently started working out and wearing tighter running shoes. or is this normal?

If you have started to take exercise and working out seriously thus  changing your diet you probably lost enough weight to now you’re starting to see veins and other structures on your body. The fat layer is where the blood vessels are located. Therefore this can also expose this bony prominence. X-ray for peace of mind

Does not add up: There is no skin under or near the tonsils. If your throat does not hurt and there is no lump, you may leave it alone.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

This is : Normal to have and to see them. 

If this however something recent, visible only on one side and not both sides go have a doctor examine you especially if trauma was involved.

Multiple reasons: Veins return blood back to the heart and  can carry a large volume of blood.  Depending on many factors including levels of hydration,  genetics, outside temperature and even physical activity, the size of the veins will vary.  Another important function of the veins is to help control body temperature and this too will affect vein size.  Also with aging, veins enlarge as tissue volume decreases.
