Not necessarily: However, obviously something is wrong. This could range from sprain, bruise, fracture or a form of arthralgia from inflammation or infection. See physician for examination and x-rays. Ice and elevate as well.

Big toe pain: Sounds like an L4 radiculopathy on the side of toe pain.
this is a nerve compression in your low back. you do not have to have back pain for this to occur. Numbness of toe tends to follow if untreated
MRI of foot is also recommended if not performed.

my toe hurts really badly and even mire when i try to move it and it makes a pop/ grinding sound, it's not bloody but it is swollen and hurts my hole foot to walk is it broken?

Sprained or broken: I presume that you might have injured your foot and thus the pain. If this has been present for more than a week without showing any improvement, you need to see your doctor and get it x-rayed and properly treated.

my second toe hurts when i move it and im not sure if i injured it. i didnt do anything that shouldve injured it. is it broken? should i see a doctor or can i just leave it as it is? please advise thank you?

: Any redness, swelling or deformity of the toe that you can see.
If not, take Ibuprofen 400 mg with full stomach, three times a day as needed for 1-2 days. If pain gets worse, see your doctor.
If you have other above symptoms, you still can take med as above but you should see your doctor.

Obtain an xray: The next step would be to see your doctor to get an xray to further evaluate the cause of your great toe pain and to have your physician examine your foot.

dropped 10 pound weight on my big toe yesterday around 10pm. initial pain was high, then slept it off around 1. woke up at 6 due to the pain. been icing it 10-15 mins every 2 hours while elevating my foot. toe hurts when i walk. no physical deformity?

Correct initially: You are addressing the injury correctly. I would add taking NSAID. Anti inflammatory medicine to help pain and swelling. Your main concern is whether you broke any bones?  If pain and healing continues to improve you might have got lucky with no fractures. You do not need displacement of toe to have a fracture. You can wait a couple of days. If pain persists I would then consider an X-ray.

Gout: Should be considered it affects toe and knees frequently and classically inflammatory arthritis caused by uric acid crystals very treatable
