Creams limited.: There and dozens of creams available that make all sorts of claims but the bare truth is that their benefits are very limited. You need to care for your skin by cleansing, defoliation and moisturizing. Sun protection is essential and you need to see that you are healthy and eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Some sagging is a normal fact of life and creams will not stop it.

Retin A (tretinoin).: But the most important cream to use is sunblock, it should be used rain or shine to prevent sun damage and the appearance of aging.

Depends on skin type: This is not an easy answer and it really depends on your skin type and sensitivities. I generally recommend Lubriderm, Cetaphil or Eucerin with SPF

Eczema: Heavy moisturizing creams and lotions are effective for treating eczema. Examples include Neutrogena or Aquaphor. The face is a bit trickier because the skin is more sensitive and it is important to avoid the eyes. Steroid creams are effective in the treatment of eczema. This will require consultation with your internist for dermatologist.

Topicals for wrinkle: According to reviews on-line, this product can help diminish wrinkles.  It is a moisturizer and by 'plumping' the skin, wrinkles are reduced.  Better methods of wrinkle reduction would involve chemical peels, resurfacing and/or use of exfoliants such as retin a (tretinoin).
