Pimple remains: You have removed part of the contents of a sebaceous cyst. Now go to a md to the shell and the remainder of the contents remove or it may get bigger or infected you may need antibiotics.

Don't touch: First, just like your mom said, "don't touch that."  she was right about this one.  Things that can decrease inflammation include elevation, (sleeping with head up), anti-inflammatory creams, etc;.  Before you do anything, check with your doctor.  For example, he/she may want you off of any Aspirin or ibufrofen products if they are going to take it out.
